Coral Casino Beach and Cabana Club

A $47 million dollar renovation and expansion project at the historic Four Seasons Biltmore Resort, placed unique demands on the construction trades. Led by davisREED Construction, Paramount was contracted for $2.3 million as the sole provider for stone, tile and slab work. Exotic materials such as Faggioni Finale Limestone and Red Travertine were used to construct landmark design features like the massive cantilevered staircase. More than 30,000 square feet of stone slab was custom cut into intricate floor patterns and installed for the project. An additional 25,000 square feet of ceramic, porcelain and quarry tile were used throughout the Back of House areas.

As a property on the National Historic Registry, strict adherence to design and material was uncompromising. The historic Coral Casino was reopened 71 years after its original début in 1937 to the delight of it membership and now serves as a classic example of Four Seasons style and luxury.
